Descrição
FT20X – Universal PID Temperature Controller
This is a PID temperature controller that works with universal, thermocouple, RTD, and analog signals. It has several output options, such as: relay, drive to SSR, 4-20mA, and 0-10VDC.
Internally, it runs at a fast sampling rate and has optional timers. It has MODBUS RS-485 serial communication and up to 3 alarms.
Ideal for
temperature control
For heating and cooling applications, the FT20X controller has a high-brightness LCD display and offers standard PID control mode and ON/OFF control mode. The PID algorithm uses fuzzy logic.

How does the temperature control work?
Temperature Controllers control the temperature so that the process value is the same as the set point, but the response will be different due to the characteristics of the controlled object and the control method of the Temperature Controller.
Normally, a response shown in Figure (2), where the setpoint is reached as quickly as possible without overshooting, is required in a Temperature Controller. There are also cases like the one shown in Figure (1), where a response increases the temperature quickly, even if an overshoot is required, and the one shown in Figure (3), where a response that increases the temperature slowly is required.
